By creating an account or accessing ChatMotion Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use ChatMotion Studio for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

ChatMotion Studio is designed for generating simulated video conversations. You agree not to use the service to create, store, or distribute:

  • Content that promotes illegal acts, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Deceptive or malicious impersonations intended to defraud or harm others.
  • Material that infringes upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain full ownership of the scripts, input assets, and generated video outputs you create using ChatMotion Studio. ChatMotion Studio retains all rights to the underlying codebase, builder interface, logos, and rendering infrastructure.

5. Service Availability & Queue Times

Server-side rendering performance depends on system queue load. While we strive for maximum uptime and minimal processing times, ChatMotion Studio does not guarantee instantaneous rendering speeds during periods of high demand.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatMotion Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
